Skanska is a global construction firm that looked to the design team to design the interiors for their new regional office in the west coast. The site is located in a historic landmark building in downtown Portland, so careful attention was paid to preserving the exterior shell of the building while still injecting a fresh renovation to the interior.

Housing the top floors of the building, the goal of the design was to the marry the eclectic, raw nature of the city of Portland, with the brand ethos of clean, quality construction. Integrating flexibility into each space’s function was also a key component for the client.
